Soap Bubble Wiki

I built my ECig Fogger as a DIY project.

I used Rick Findley's excellent article as a guide. https://soapbubble.fandom.com/wiki/DIY_Vapor_Maker_-_Super_Sub-Ohm_(iJust2)

Like Rick, I cut a piece of PVC pipe, drilled a hole to breathe through and adjusted it by shaving the inside to fit the size of the ecig.

The difficulty was the gluing: due to the size of the ecig's air intake, the blow-in straw to be glued to the PVC pipe had to be very thin, and no matter what glue I tried to glue it to, it did not work. Hot glue served as a temporary bond and then, surprisingly, worked well as long as it did not come in contact with the surfactant (the surfactant relentlessly penetrates the gap between the hot glue and the material and peels off the adhesive).

As long as I am careful about the backflow of the bubble solution, it works fine.

I initially put two rubber washers on it as Rick did, but found that it somehow worked without them. Perhaps the situation will be different depending on the size and fit of the material used.

Practise - Tom Noddy's Bubble Tornado

It seems to work well.

I try Tom Noddy's Bubble Tornado, but with less than a 10% success rate. Now I'm enjoying the trial and error.
